Our History
We are a group of mid-career national health service (NHS) professionals who started talking about the VUCA concept (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) in 2019
The GenXGP network was initially started to connect people who are interested in thriving in a VUCA world
The network was developed with colleagues from RCGP Yorkshire, Leeds GP Confederation, NHS Leeds CCG, Leeds LMC and the NHS Leadership Academy.
